At Flip Your Mindset™️, LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality coaching services to support your personal growth and healing journey. Please review our refund and cancellation policies to understand the terms under which we operate.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with our coaching services is essential to us. However, due to the nature of our services, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for coaching services that have not yet been delivered or started. If you are unsatisfied with a service you have received, please contact us within 3 days of the session to discuss your concerns. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.

  • Process: To request a refund, please get in touch with us with your order or session details. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using your original payment method within 21 business days.

  • Exclusions: Refunds will not be provided for completed coaching sessions or services where significant time and resources have been committed. Additionally, package deals or bundled services may have specific refund terms outlined at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs:

  • Single Sessions: To avoid being charged, single coaching sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur any fees, and you may reschedule your session at a more convenient time.

  • Packages and Programs: For coaching packages or multi-session programs, cancellations must be requested at least 2 days before the next scheduled session. If you need to cancel a session within a package, you may reschedule it, but refunds for unused sessions may not be available.

  • Process: To cancel a session or program, please contact us. We will work with you to reschedule or discuss alternative options if necessary.
