HURRT Self-Assessment
Feeling stuck in life and unsure why you can't seem to move forward despite your best efforts?
Healing Unresolved Roots and Resolving Trauma (HURRT) Survey
Are you feeling stuck in life and unsure why you can’t seem to move forward despite your best efforts? The HURRT (Healing Unresolved Roots and Resolving Trauma) Survey is designed to uncover how unresolved traumas and intergenerational influences may be impacting your overall well-being. Trauma can leave imprints on your body, mind, and soul, shaping how you interpret and respond to the world.
The purpose of HURRT is to acknowledge that past lived experiences, especially those before the age of 18, can leave behind mental injuries, just as physical injuries leave scars. This survey sheds light on the impact of these wounds — many of which stem from intergenerational traumas or adverse experiences — and offers insights that empower healing. By treating mental injuries with the same compassion as physical ones, participants can take meaningful steps toward resolution and wholeness.
This survey will explore adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) in addition to strengths or support systems that may have helped you cope and develop resilience. By gaining clarity about these influences, you’ll take the first step toward healing unresolved wounds and reclaiming your authentic self.
Your HURRT Score will provide insights into:
- How past experiences have shaped your current emotional and mental well-being.
- The strengths and resilience factors that have supported you.
- Opportunities for growth and healing.
Note: This survey is not a substitute for mental health treatment but serves as a valuable tool for self-reflection and understanding. For further support, we recommend consulting a trauma-trained professional*.
Your past does not need to dictate your future. Complete the survey to receive a personalized HURRT score and begin your journey toward a more fulfilling life.
