I’m Stacey Uhrig, a Certified Non-Clinical Trauma Care Practitioner, speaker, and creator of The Calm Code™ and the HURRT Assessment.

After more than 30 years of living with anxiety, I turned my own healing journey into the work I now share with others. My approach blends lived experience with advanced training in Parts Work, Polyvagal Theory, and Rapid Transformational Therapy, helping people uncover the hidden roots of stress, anxiety, and emotional pain so they can heal from the inside out.

As a speaker and educator, I’m passionate about bringing trauma-informed understanding into everyday conversations — from how we experience anxiety and burnout to how we build resilience, self-leadership, and nervous system awareness. My signature talks include “What Is Trauma, Really?”, “Befriend Your Anxiety”, and “Burnout Isn’t Your Fault.”
