Stacey Uhrig – Speaker, Educator, and Trauma-Trained Care Practitioner

Stacey Uhrig is a Certified Trauma Care Practitioner, speaker, and founder of Flip Your Mindset—a coaching practice and podcast that helps people heal from within by understanding what’s really driving their emotional patterns.

With over two decades of lived experience and professional training, Stacey is known for translating complex mental health and neuroscience concepts into practical, accessible tools. She is certified in Parts Work & Polyvagal Theory, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), and Hypnosis, and she brings a trauma-trained, nervous-system-rooted approach to everything she teaches.

Stacey works with healthcare leaders, women’s empowerment groups, therapists, educators, corporate teams, and leadership summits across the country—anywhere people are ready for real conversations that create real change. Her speaking style is educational with heart—interactive, compassionate, and grounded in neuroscience.

Since launching her practice in 2021, Stacey has led trauma-trained talks, workshops, and group programs for audiences ranging from small leadership teams to large-scale community events. She’s the creator of The Calm Code, an 8-week program designed to help individuals HEAL anxiety from the inside out.

Stacey also hosts the Flip Your Mindset podcast, where she’s interviewed over 140 guests in the mental health, wellness, and leadership space. A Senior Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine, she’s been featured on numerous podcasts discussing trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, and emotional burnout.

Her passion for this work is deeply personal—rooted in her own 20-year battle with anxiety. Today, she lives in Basking Ridge, NJ with her husband Matt, their two sons, Ben and Tae, and their dogs, Ella and Iris.
