Go Beyond Managing Anxiety. Heal It from Within.
Introducing The Calm Code, an 8-week group coaching journey to gently untangle the roots of your anxiety, befriend your nervous system, and reclaim your inherent sense of inner safety and peace.
You’ve tried all the things. The deep breathing, the meditation apps, the positive affirmations. And they help... for a moment.
But the underlying hum of anxiety always returns. That familiar tightness in your chest, the racing thoughts that hijack your peace, the feeling that you’re somehow fundamentally on edge.
Does this sound like you?
You feel like you’re constantly "on alert," waiting for the other shoe to drop.
You know logically that you’re safe, but your body is telling you a different story.
You're exhausted from carrying the weight of an "Invisible Backpack" you can't seem to put down.
You wonder why surface-level tips don't create lasting change for you.
You have a hunch that your anxiety is connected to something deeper—past experiences, family patterns, or stories you didn't even know you were living by.
If you're ready to stop just coping with anxiety and start healing it at the source, you are in the right place.
Anxiety Isn't the Enemy
What if your anxiety isn't a flaw or a character defect? What if it's a wise, albeit misunderstood, part of you trying to keep you safe?
The Calm Code isn't about fighting or fixing your anxiety. It's about learning to understand its language.
This program is a compassionate, science-backed container designed to guide you inward. We'll move beyond the symptoms to gently explore the roots—the old wounds, the inherited beliefs, and the nervous system patterns that created the anxiety in the first place.
Using powerful tools from Polyvagal Theory, parts work, and somatic awareness, you will learn how to shift from a state of survival to a state of safety, connection, and "Self-energy." You'll discover that the calm you've been searching for isn't something you have to find outside of yourself; it's something you can reclaim from within.
“The Calm Code came into my life at exactly the right moment. I feel more at peace now than I have in a long time. Every session helped me understand myself better, and Stacey’s approach made everything feel safe and accessible. I’m leaving with real tools, real insight, and a sense of inner calm I didn’t know was possible.”

2025 Fall Cohort
The Roadmap to Reclaiming Yourself
Over 8 weeks, we will walk a path of discovery and healing together. Each week builds on the last, creating a comprehensive roadmap to your own inner landscape.
The Calm Code – Your 8-Week Journey
-
Learn what trauma actually is—and what it isn’t. This week lays the groundwork by exploring how trauma lives in the body, shapes behavior, and keeps us stuck.
-
Discover how your earliest experiences and attachments created the blueprint for how you see the world today. This week, we uncover how beliefs are formed and begin rewriting the internal narratives that no longer serve us.
-
Uncover the fascinating world of emotional inheritance and generational trauma. Through the lens of epigenetics and "invisible family contracts," you'll see how you may be carrying patterns that aren't even yours. This is where you empower yourself to become a cycle-breaker by conscious choice.
-
Dive deep into the core beliefs that fuel anxiety. We'll map out how your earliest unmet needs created powerful self-beliefs (like "I'm not enough" or "I'm too much"). You'll learn to recognize your unique emotional imprints, visualize the "It must be me" belief loop, and begin the powerful work of reclaiming your inner truths. This week helps you identify the roots of your inner critic and start reclaiming your truth.
-
Become fluent in the language of your own nervous system. You’ll gain a clear understanding of the "Window of Tolerance" and learn to recognize when you're moving into hyper- or hypo-arousal. Understand how your body responds to stress and how to work with your nervous system, not against it. You'll learn tools to expand your capacity for calm and connection. This is a foundational week for building real, tangible skills for self-regulation and resilience.
-
Get to know the different parts of you, especially those that hold your anxiety. Using a gentle, “parts work” approach, you'll learn to see your anxious parts not as problems, but as dedicated protectors trying to help. Discover the internal "parts" that manifest as perfectionism, people-pleasing, numbing, and more. This week introduces a compassionate, curiosity-led approach to internal healing. This changes everything.
-
This is where we bring it all together. Reframe what anxiety really is—and how it’s trying to protect you. You'll learn the simple yet profound HEAL framework to meet your anxiety with compassion and curiosity instead of fear. (Hey – turn toward it, Engage – get curious, Acknowledge – understand its role, Let Self Lead). You'll reframe anxiety as a messenger, not a monster and begin shifting from survival mode to internal leadership.
-
Integrate everything you’ve learned and take your power back. This final week is about rebuilding trust in your inner wisdom, strengthening boundaries, and stepping into your next chapter with clarity and confidence.
This is how students of The Calm Code describe their experience.
"The calm you've been searching for isn't something you have to find outside of yourself; it's something you can reclaim from within."

Feedback from students of The Calm Code

This experience was exceptional.
“I am honored to have been part of the inaugural cohort of The Calm Code. This experience was exceptional. I felt supported every single week and walked away feeling truly unburdened. The content was incredibly clear and helped me understand myself and my anxiety in a completely different way. I now have tools I can reach for every day, and they’ve already made such a difference in how I move through the world.”

I'm SO, so appreciative...
I joined The Calm Code because I was struggling with anxiety on a near daily basis. It was all consuming, completely uncontrollable, and was making me miserable! Through this program I gained a greater understanding of WHY my anxiety part is so activated in certain situations, how it's trying to protect me, and I learned how to work with the part in a way that serves my highest self. I'm SO, so appreciative of Stacey and the other members of our cohort for creating a healing, safe space for us all to connect and learn together.
-
I'm trying to adopt more of a compassionate part towards myself.
I find that I'm much more curious about the sensations and activations that I feel in my system at different times. I question it more. Why is it happening, where did it come from, etc. I'm trying to adopt more of a compassionate part towards myself, especially after the genogram lesson where you can see on paper the trauma that is passed down through generations.
-
After the 8 week course, I can say…
Anxiety is my friend. And no matter what others may call it - me being "high strung" or whatever, I'm ok with it. It has served me well, but now I know it needs to sit in the recliner sometimes!
-
(Anxiety) doesn't feel as all consuming
I feel like I can see anxiety from more of a distance now that I could before. I have more of a bird's eye view of it. It doesn't feel as all consuming, well at least not all of the time.
-
I now understand...
…anxiety is a part of me that is just trying to protect an inner child that was once hurt by a circumstance.
Meet Your Guide, Stacey Uhrig
I created The Calm Code from my own 30-year journey of navigating high-functioning anxiety and finding true healing. After years of trying to 'fix' myself with traditional methods that only addressed the symptoms, two nervous system breakdowns became my biggest breakthrough. They taught me that my anxiety wasn't a flaw—it was an overworked protector trying to keep me safe.
This realization led me to become a Certified Trauma Care Practitioner, specializing in the body-based approaches that create lasting change, including Polyvagal Theory and Parts Work. My work isn't about giving you surface-level tips; it's about providing a safe roadmap for you to understand your inner world and become the leader of your own healing. I've walked this path, and I'm here to guide you through it.
If you've read this far, a part of you knows you're ready for a new chapter. Let's take the next step together.
You Deserve to Feel Safe and at Peace.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
The Calm Code is a psycho-educational and coaching program, not therapy. It is a powerful complement to therapy, but it does not treat or diagnose mental health conditions. Many members are in therapy concurrently, and find this work deepens their understanding of themselves.
-
Your comfort and safety are the top priority. While sharing is encouraged and can be deeply healing, it is never required. You can participate fully by listening, journaling, and engaging with the material privately. Many people are surprised by how comforting it feels to be in a space with others who just "get it."
-
No problem. Every session will be recorded and uploaded to our private member portal within 24 hours, so you can catch up at your convenience.
-
Plan for our 90-minute live call, which includes about 45 minutes of psychoeducation followed by 45 minutes for group reflections and practices. The work is designed to be woven into your life, not to be another thing on your to-do list.
-
This is a very common question. As we explore in Week 1, trauma is not defined by the scale of the event, but by its impact on your nervous system.
This program is for anyone who feels the lingering effects of overwhelming experiences, including relational hurts, emotional neglect ("what didn't happen"), or a chronic feeling of not being safe or seen.
If your anxiety feels persistent and deep-rooted, this work is for you.
