NEED A SPEAKER?

My purpose is to help break the stigma around mental health and specifically Trauma. My personal philosophy is that everyone walks with a story and most of those stories, from childhood, root in the nervous system as "traumatic". Trauma does not have to be in the form of agression or violence. It can be anything that leaves an individual feeling and believing that they were unheard, unseen, insignificant, unimportant, not enough. Once this is rooted in the core belief system it's the lens through which we see ourselves, others, and the world around us.
